Responsibilities:



  • Assist in managing the procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, purchases, and deliveries.

  • Collaborate with internal departments to determine procurement needs and ensure timely fulfilment.

  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of pharmaceutical products.

  • Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Assist in resolving any procurement-related issues or discrepancies.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.

  • Previous experience in procurement, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
