- We seek to employ the services of a female hardworking secretary / business manager who shall oversee the day-to-day business operations of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise clerical staff, marketers and other employees and make necessary report to the management
- Design work schedules and organize employee training.
- Resolve employee and client issues.
- Ensure the work facility is safe, neat, and free of security issues and in compliance with all government regulations.
- Work with outside vendors to maintain necessary business relationships.
- Maintain a good working relationship with executives and other managers.
- Design and implement procedures to improve profitability.
- Assist in foreign admission processing and other duties assigned by the management
Required Skills and Qualifications
Some skills that will make the Business Manager successful include:
- Internet savvy
- Strong leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of computer, especially Microsoft Office
- Ability to analyze company procedures to make improvements
- Ability to create work schedules and budgets
Educational qualification
- Graduate of Management Science, Social Sciences or Engineering with 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- We need someone who stays within Cele to Oshodi axis.
Remuneration
- N40,000 - N50,000 monthly for a probation period of 6 months, after which it will be reviewed upwards.
- This position also comes with quarterly performance bonus
