Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes the market and recommends opportunities for pursuit.
- Forecasts short and long range market potentials.
- Develops strategies, examines risks and potentials, estimates needs and goals.
- Develops proposals, solutions, white papers and business plans.
- Introduces the group to potential customers & business partners.
- Defines and follows up on yearly targets and objectives.
- Manages reporting and analysis of the business development pipeline.
- Develops and maintains working relationships with similar and/or complementary companies to include teaming and partnership discussions.
- Comply with all corporate policies and procedures, including quality assurance and security procedures in the performance of duties.
- Strengthens the relationship between the companys existing business partners and establish good relationship with prospective business partners.
- Develops and implements business development and marketing strategy in the company, by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting the companys business to those markets.
- Identifies and analyzes the companys strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the business environment.
- Attends Exhibitions & Seminars regionally and internationally.
Requirements
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Finance
- Holds a Master's Degree or MBA
- 10-15 years experience (experience in a holding group is desirable) with at least 5 years experience in a similar post.
- Excellent communication (English), negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent track record.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & reporting skills.
- Strong client management & negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated and result oriented.
- Ability to build & maintain business relationships and develop trust with high level executives.
