We are seeking an experienced and energetic hotel manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets.
- Respond to guest complaints and resolve any issues quickly and effectively.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, including marketing and sales, to ensure maximum revenue and profitability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Previous experience as a hotel manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in delivering excellent guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Knowledge of hotel software and booking systems
