Responsibilities:


This role is instrumental to ensuring the Target and KPIs of the Branch for the company is achieved. Key Accountabilities will include:



  • Plan and implement sales and administrative strategy

  • Ensure a realistic sales targeting regime

  • Coach, Motivate and Discipline the branch team

  • Plan and manage branch team according to agreed targets which must be met

  • Ensure availability of presales resource for all solutions at all times

  • Develop others to deliver at their best – HP Coaching 

  • Must be able to work, Influence and integrate the team

  • Problem solver, Quick learner, planning, highly detail conscious

  • Have a huge passion for growing and developing others

  • Fantastic Presentation and Report Writing Skills

  • Time management and Organizational Skills

  • Analysis and Evaluation Skills

  • Good IT Skills

  • Good Knowledge of the Region’s Market is a MUST


Qualifications & Experience:



  • Graduate calibre with min 12 years commercial experience gained across SALES/ENTERPRISE marketing/Business Mgt /LEADERSHIP roles with a good track record of performance

  • An MBA/M.Sc is key to this role

  • Must be used to delivery sales tragets of not less than N3b

  • Good managerial and leadership skills

  • Good network of the Abuja Enterprise market

  • Good communication skill-written and verbal,Good interpersonal skill essential

  • Healthy and physical fit

  • A good driver with valid driving license

  • Very good presentation Skills

  • Valid Nigerian Passport

  • Must have good network of the market

  • Must be based in Abuja

  • Previous Experience in a similar IT environment is an added advantage
