Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Organization for the MVNO Operation.


• Manage the Finance assets – people, budget, and systems - for the company.


• Responsible for the key Finance Objectives of the organization – funding, capital utilization, finance operations, procurement, cash flow and revenue management.


• Manage long-term relationships with key strategic partners: banks, MNO, financiers, and other stakeholders within the industry as required.


• Ensure financial compliance with various authorities such as the regulator, tax authorities, and other stakeholder bodies and agencies.


• Keep abreast of emerging trends and share best practices knowledge and insights to the CEO and the management team.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree qualified in accounting, finance, or other relevant field.


• An additional finance qualification such as ACA, ACCA, MBA, or Masters in Finance is a definite advantage.


• Minimum 15 years’ experience at senior finance management level in any of the Tier 1 or Tier 2 Telecommunications Operators in Nigeria or Africa.


• Strong Finance P&L responsibility in the Finance Domain, specifically in the telecoms industry.


• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills


• Excellent organizational and time management skills.


• Must have led at a senior level with budget and P/L responsibility.
