The Curriculum Writer / Centre Manager shall perform amongst others, the following duties;
- Coordinate the sports coaching program for the school, assists coaches in improving techniques of sport training instruction.
- Responsible for designing and developing learning initiatives using sound instructional design strategies to enable us achieve our business objectives.
- Provide instructional strategies and various tools to aid the instructional process.
- Be responsible for managing instructional materials, providing recommendations to the coaches, and making adjustments to the current student's curriculum to adhere to the highest sports standards and policies.
- Facilitate and offer assistance for any implemented procedures.
- Manage and address concerns regarding the learning standards and consider recommendations for curriculum improvement
- Oversees daily centre operations and coordinates centre activities through assigned staff; prioritize and delegate work activities.
- Organize and coordinate sports programs.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 5 - 9 years work experience.
