We are recruiting for a high-performing Project Sales Officer to help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
You will be responsible for identifying and pitching product sales to potential customers.
Responsibilities
Pitch products and initiate sales with potential customers.
Listen to the customers’ needs and inform them of similar products.
Create lasting relationships with customers and generate repeat sales through them.
Highlight the benefits of various products and their advantages.
Explain the features of products and their rates.
Develop and implement standards for pricing to ensure optimal returns for the company, as well as a satisfied customer base.
Proffer expert recommendations to clients on suitable services.
Prepare project budgets, set and meet sales targets
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully rendering premium services to clients.
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base, ensures its strong presence and increases sales revenue.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
B.Sc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2 - 3 years of work experience.
Successful previous experience as a project sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent networking and sales skills.
Passionate and Sales driven.
Strong sales skills.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
