  • The CRM Specialist who will be responsible for execution of our CRM campaigns, automation, building the user journeys.


What You Will Be Doing:



  • Execution of CRM campaigns across all available channels based on the campaign calendar

  • Monitoring and evaluating on CRM Campaigns and activities

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to formulate efficient & sustainable journeys aligned with the business’s overall objectives.

  • Content localization for each country/segment/persona

  • Work with the team to personalized journey across multiple channels to address each segment and stage of the client lifecycle

  • Partner with colleagues to optimize a comprehensive CRM Request and Execution Calendar

  • Assess and improve the usage of CRM platform

  • Help drive awareness for new content, company announcements, upcoming product releases

  • Partner with the team to builds event-based triggers that fully automates the marketing funnel AARRR


What You Need For This Role:



  • Experience with CRM tools like Optimove, Braze, Hubspot etc.

  • Your Stakeholder Management skills help you to effectively collaborate with other departments such as Product, Content and Analytics.

  • You love making value out of data

  • You have a love of finding out of the box ways to solve problems and building.

  • You have high user empathy.

  • You have knowledge of HTML

  • You are team-focused and highly collaborative.

  • You have an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are obsessed with getting things done and finding a way to do it
