- Our client is seeking to engage a qualified Import-Export Manager who would contribute to the organization’s success.
Main Purpose of Position
- Manage and ensure efficiency in the preshipping, clearing documentation and foreign supplies to ensure that the specific market requirement is fully adhered to
- Coordinate and manage all local import and export processes
- Ensure and manage efficient handling of customs formalities in crossregion trades
- Ensure compliance with rules, standards and regulations set by Global Trade & Customs
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Import and Export processes
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience within the Logistic Industry (3PL Firm)

- Ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately
- Ability to think logically and solve problems within a normal work routine
- Ability to plan work and performs duties in an organized manner
- Effectively manage subordinates and foster team spirit and collaboration
- High accuracy in record keeping and documentation
- Proven practical experience in the use of Office Suite (particularly excel), Power Bi & Tableau

- Ability to view situations holistically and proffer objective solutions
- Ability to interact with people and build relationships
Personality Profile:
- An experienced individual who is an independent selfstarter with excellent communication, problemsolving, analytical and stakeholder management skills, with an aboveaverage level of knowledge of the IMPEX process
