Job Description
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
- manage and maintain resources for work activities.
- co-ordinate project-based work
- Co-ordinate interface with some service providers and ensure seamless delivery.
- Must reside within Lekki axis
Key Performance indicators ·
- prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- design and maintain electronic databases using desktop tools
- collate and manage electronic data
- Electronic/physical filing & retrieval of documents and reference materials
- conduct research, collect and analyse data tprepare reports and documents
- Ensure resources for meetings and events are available
- Ensure office Physical Structures and utilities are maintained and updated (Zerdowntime)
- review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- monitor, screen, respond tand distribute incoming communications
- Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Education and Experience
- Year specific experience not required. Proven ability providing support on high level projects or assignments is desired but not essential.
- proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office
Suite
- knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Bachelors degree/HND in any discipline provided ability tutilize and apply concepts tthe role
