RESPONSIBILITIES

• To reach out and respond to customer queries and requests via phone, email and chat.


• Ensure that all customers receive quality customer experience, driving an increase in sales.


• Take ownership of customer issues and follow up on problems right up to resolution.


• Ensure client accounts are promptly opened as per the company policy and regulation


• Ensure customers are well informed of the Company products by explaning relevant up to date information to the clients.
