Assessing the extent of motor vehicle repairs, restoration, or customization requests.
Managing customer expectations.
Preparing repair or modification cost estimates and finalizing agreements.
Planning, organizing, and scheduling the workflow.
Ensuring compliance to industry specifications and safety standards.
Operating recovery vehicles.
Regularly updating customers on the progress of their repairs.
Restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition by removing dents, mending parts, removing rust, repairing scratches, and spray painting panels.
Coordinating all units work activities through respective unit supervisions
Ensuring proper communication from Production Manager to production staff and report back to Manager
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Eng Degree in Mechanical Engineering with hands on experience in Auto Mechanics
5 years of experience in the automotive industry
3 years of experience managing an automotive workshop
Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
Organizational ability
Detail oriented
Technically competent with ability to train others
Customer service ability
High integrity and professionalism.
Good communication ability both verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills
Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.
