Description 

• Routine Server/client start-up and shutdown procedure


• Routine start-up and verification of Internet/LAN connectivity


• Routine System and Database Backups


• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware


• Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software


• Server/client Antivirus installation, configuration, and routine monitoring of update


• Setting up and Maintenance of Smart Card Printers


• Routine Training of Airport NIS Personnel on Passenger Data Capture, Passenger Clearance, and Basic Computer Operations


• Routine Training of NIS on ePass Processing Technique and Basic Computer Operations


• Routine Training of NIS on CERPAC Card Production Technique and Basic Computer Operations


• Overseeing CERPAC Card Production from Data-entry to Quality Control


• Correction and update of Expatriate records


• Vetting of Bank CERPAC/ePass forms and Applicant Eligibility Confirmation for Card Production


• Daily Record keeping of Cards Produced and maintenance of Hologram Lamination log


• Preparation of Weekly and Monthly Reports


• Preparation and maintenance of Inventory


• Working with NIS Officers to ensure smooth and standard operation of the CERPAC Production Center/ePass


• Working with Third Party Service Providers to ensure efficient operation


• Local Procurement and sourcing of Service Providers


• Preparation and keeping of Administrative and Financial Records


• Routine Generator-set start-up/shutdown and maintenance


• Perform any other task(s) as assigned by the Management

Competencies Required

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 4 - 10 years work experience.


• Proficiency in Windows Server, Windows Desktop O/S, MS Packages


• Expertise in Cisco and other network devices.


• Ability to troubleshoot Hardware/Software related issues


• Time Management


• Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills


• Strong organizational and communicational skills


• Detail oriented


• Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
