Job Summary



  • We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing effective brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and increase market share

Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve brand objectives and support overall business goals.

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.

  • Manage brand positioning and messaging across various channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company's values and vision.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to integrate brand strategies into all aspects of the business.

  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, advertising materials, and promotional activities to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition.

  • Monitor brand performance and conduct regular competitor analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategic adjustments.

  • Manage brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all touch points, including digital platforms, packaging, and customer interactions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external agencies, and partners, to drive brand initiatives and ensure successful execution.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand management.

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research data.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using market research tools, CRM systems, and marketing software.
