  • Attract customers by promoting the product and company positively, answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise

  • Lead other customer service personnel

  • Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution

  • Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions

  • Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails etc.

  • Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints

  • Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs

  • Keep proper records and updated customer and clients database.

  • Support the sales team in processing customers' goods and payments

  • Liaise with the media team on digital marketing


Requirements



  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
