Lead other customer service personnel
Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution
Prepare product and customer reports by gathering data collected during customer interactions
Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails etc.
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints
Recommend possible products to meet the customers needs
Keep proper records and updated customer and clients database.
Support the sales team in processing customers' goods and payments
Liaise with the media team on digital marketing
Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.
