Responsibilities



  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.

  • Assist customers in resolving product-related issues, billing inquiries, and general concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products and services to customers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of features, benefits, and pricing.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalations, striving for a quick and satisfactory resolution while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries, comments, and actions taken to facilitate effective follow-up and future reference.

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and technical support, to address customer needs and provide relevant solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and customer service best practices to continuously improve service quality.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the management team.


Requirements



  • B.Sc / HND in a relevant field of study is required

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.

  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a calm and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet to provide effective solutions.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet customer service targets.

  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
