Job Description



The Role



  • IHS Towers is growing and we are seeking a Specialist, HRIS & Analytics to serve as technical point of contact for HR system workflows, system upgrades, and data validation.


Responsibilities



  • Understand HR business processes supported by existing systems and develop workflows for identified gaps.

  • Collaborate with the IT function to identify and build Sharepoint-based workflows for HR transactions and business processes.

  • Perform system support and analysis, including functionality and design review, end-to-end user testing, and implementation of HR system updates and/ or upgrades.

  • Coordinate implementation of upgrades and/ or fixes with functional and technical staff.

  • Review and assist with accurate processing of HRIS transactions, e.g. new hires, terminations, transfers, payroll changes, and other business-related changes.

  • Collaborate with departmental stakeholders for problem solving and ongoing process improvement efforts, including conducting gap analysis, identifying various recommendations to address gaps, and implementing changes necessary using project management tools.

  • Generate reports/ queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools available to support the organization’s reporting requirements. Also, assist in developing standard reports for ongoing customer needs.

  • Contribute towards maintaining data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

  • Continuously improve the people analytics delivered through Power BI to a range of distinct internal customer groups, using reports and dashboards to support data-led business decisions.

  • Develop data models for constant data accuracy.

  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Senior Specialist, HRIS


Requirements

Education:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any relevant discipline.


Experience:



  • Plus 5 years’ relevant work experience with demonstrable proficiency in ERP and Sharepoint within an HR environment.

  • Exposure to Agile Methodology and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) will be an added advantage.
