Purpose

• Provides technical service-related support for an organization and ensure that all jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to customer specifications.

Job Description

• Repair malfunctioning AC‘s and other equipment


• Installations of Air conditioner


• Install and maintain ventilation and refrigeration units.


• Foster good customer relations and service at all times


• Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order


• Perform peer-to-peer inspections on work performed by our other maintenance technicians


• Create inspection and repair schedules


• Advise purchasing manager during new equipment


• Assist in on-the-job-training of newly hired maintenance technicians.

Requirements

• Must have City and Guilds Trade Test I qualification or it’s equivalents


• Installations and repairs of large packaged system, split unit etc.


• Installations and repairs of central air conditioning


• Installations and repairs of VRF unit


• Installations and repairs of industrial refrigerator equipment, cold rooms and factory refrigerator chillers.


• Minimum of 7 years experience in a structured organization


• Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
