  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing

  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery

  • Review quality of purchased products

  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases

  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

  • Working closely with the Project team to create budget


Key Competency Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 2 - 3 years work experience.

  • Great relationship management.

  • Strong negotiation skills.

  • Impeccable time-management.

  • Strategic thinking.

  • Ability to adapt to change.

  • Understanding of risk management


Salary

N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
