Job Description

• The key quality of a supervisor is to work with his/her team of Portfolio Managers and to drive the daily business. You are the role model for your Portfolio Managers in terms of client acquisition and relations.


• Therefore, we look for candidates who possess the ability to organize and motivate teams on a daily basis.

Main Responsibilities

Loan Officer Supervision

• Manage your team of Portfolio Managers


• Ensure that individual Portfolio Managers meet their monthly disbursement objectives


• Ensure that individual Portfolio Managers meet their monthly targets for quality (PAR>30)


• Monitor performance to ensure that loan procedures are respected


• Conduct pre-disbursement field visits with Portfolio Managers


• Monitor repayment


• Support your Portfolio Managers with loan recovery.

Team Lead

• Coaching of your Portfolio Managers concerning their approach towards clients and mission


• Giving critical feedback concerning individual performance


• Building a team.

Reporting

• 
  

  Prepare daily reports on individual Portfolio Manager performance.

  
  

Education / Experience

• University Degree in Business Administration, Management or General Economics


• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a well-established company.

Required Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills


• Proactive and business orientated


• Organizational expertise


• High level personal integrity


• Bilingual in Hausa and English.
