KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Drive sales and revenue growth for the company.

  • Identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales deals.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships.

  • Understand their needs, preferences, and pain points to provide tailored solutions.

  • Ensure regular follow-ups and timely communication to nurture customer relationship

  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products or services.

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

  • Continuously monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using tools assigned.

  •  Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

  •  Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.


SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS



  • B.Sc. or HND in any related discipline

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in sales and business development roles.

  • Experience in B2B marketing, good sales prospecting, negotiation and deal closing.

  • Ability to generate sales leads.

  • Possess interpersonal skills, including ability to build rapport with prospects and existing customers

  • Must possess good writing and communication skills.

  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products, industries, and sales techniques
