  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architect tojoin our team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our diverse range of construction projects.


Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and budget constraints.

  • Create and develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans, incorporating aesthetic, functional, and sustainable elements.

  • Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and 3D models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.

  • Coordinate with structural engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural design with construction processes.

  • Participate in site visits to evaluate construction progress, address design-related issues, and provide guidance as needed.

  • Collaborate with interior designers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure cohesive design integration.

  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

  • At least 5 years work experience.

  • Proven experience as an architect, preferably in residential projects.

  • Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.

  • Solid understanding of construction materials, building codes, and regulations.

  • Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Portfolio showcasing previous projects and design expertise.
