The HR Officer will manage the HR Operations of the business, including recruitment, HR administration, staff management, disciplinary process, payroll management, and employee relations.
Requirements:
BA / BSc / HND in a relevant discipline
2 – 4 years’ experience in HR Operations
Membership of CIPM is an added advantage
Experience in the furniture industry or related sectors is an added advantage
A self-starter, with the ability to lead self and others.
