Job Summary



  • The HR Officer will manage the HR Operations of the business, including recruitment, HR administration, staff management, disciplinary process, payroll management, and employee relations.


Requirements:



  • BA / BSc / HND in a relevant discipline

  • 2 – 4 years’ experience in HR Operations

  • Membership of CIPM is an added advantage

  • Experience in the furniture industry or related sectors is an added advantage

  • A self-starter, with the ability to lead self and others.
