Job Description



Key Responsibilities



  • Responsible for price analysis and advise management on profitability.

  • Support the Planning Team on work execution and valuations in quantities and rates.

  • Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the management.

  • Examining and reviewing or assessing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.

  • Working alongside the team, noting any design changes and their effect on cost.

  • Providing cost and material estimates.

  • Compiling all the site works measurement and signing off with the client support for commercial rates and prices during external tendering for the company and also on the project during the submission of site work requisitions.

  • Carry out periodic pricing and cost research for profitability of projects and report to management.

  • Represent the company in all cost related meetings and commercial negotiations when required.


Job Requirements



  • Graduate Degree in Quantity Surveying (B.Sc / HND, OND with 8 years experience).

  • Member of professional body will be an added advantage.

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in accounting or finance operations [middle level role]
