Job Summary:
The Technical Operations team sits within the Prosumers services business unit of Aspire Power Solutions. Its purpose is to ensure that our customers receive A Better Energy Experience that is high quality. A Better Energy Experience means you can trust Aspire to be reliable, affordable, and innovative. Beginning after the project is planned and equipment is procured by the Project Management team, the goal of the Technical Operations team is to ensure the energy solution in a reliable and friendly manner. Thus, Technical Operations is also responsible for providing a great first-impression when meeting the client in-person.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participating in assigned technical activities (Service Calls, System Upgrades, etc) within the organization and managing all operations as assigned. This may include the following responsibilities:
- Perform routine and frequent maintenance visits to customers
- Check for viability of batteries, inverters and other electrical components that are used during a project, pre-installation, during installation and post-installation.
- Perform Acceptance Test for clients at the end of each visit.
- Document service and installation actions by completing relevant reports and field logs in timely manner
- Responsible for ensuring the completion of installation process (as well as Electrical separation)
- Maintain excellent rapport with customers, including while responding to complaints
- Identifying Solutions and recommending system improvements.
- Suggest improve methods, techniques and technology
- Keep equipment (personal assigned equipment, company and clients) operational and well-maintained, using proper inventory practices
- Troubleshoot all breakdowns
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Be an advocate for the company, share the organization’s mission and deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications:
- At least 4 years relevant and practical experience in Installation (or related roles)
- Diploma or Certification in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (or related field) with at least 2 year of relevant experience can be considered
- Ability to speak and write English language
- Comfortable using computers
- Basic usage of Microsoft office (emphasis on word and excel)
