Job Description



  • The Legal Corporate Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive legal services on all matters such as Litigations, Contracts Management, Compliance, Insurance, Data Protection, Document Control and Internal Security; concerning the company.

  • He /She will be responsible for all matters concerning the company’s operations, legal and statutory issues.

  • The person will be responsible for document control and manages the legal department of the organization.

  • Will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal services on all matters concerning the company’s operations


Key Result Areas (KRA)

The key result areas of this role are:



  • Board Administration/Management

  • Documents Control/Correspondences

  • Governance and Risk

  • Contract and License Management

  • Insurance policy management

  • Data protection

  • Structure the organizations policies, contract documents to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Monitor and guide organizations through compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Continuously improve contract management processes and document control system to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

  • Guide secretary through policies and ensure they are kept up to date and referred to the appropriate committee for approval.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure due regard is paid to the specific business interests of the company.

  • Manage all company-wide insurance

  • Supervise draft and review of specialized company contracts such as equipment purchase, SLAs, letter and legal documents with suppliers and customers etc.

  • Ensure safeguarding of the company seal.

  • Identify, defend and protect the intellectual property of the company through all legal and statutory means.

  • Guide the company’s Board and Committee members to maximize their ability to contribute to discussion making.


The Person

The job holder is expected to possess the following:



  • Minimum academic qualification of LLB and BL

  • 5 - 7 years of relevant work experience preferably in the healthcare industry

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and attention to detail

  • Compliance.

  • Possess excellent problem Solving.

  • Must possess great analytical skills.

  • Attention to details.

  • Relationship Management.
