Job Summary


To drive sustainable financial growth through steady expansion ofthe company’s customer base.


Key Responsibilities



  • Drive business development efforts through identification of business opportunities, forging strong client relations, submittals, proposals, presentations, contract negotiations and other related activities.

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.

  • Plan and implement long term business strategies to achieve set targets and business objectives.

  • Identify and convert business leads.

  • Develop and review project submittals for quality assurance, technical accuracy, and customer-oriented solutions.

  • Advise clients on the businesses' products or services.

  • Serve as point of contact with key account customer and leadall customer facing presentations.

  • Maintain good working relationships with the business development team.

  • Coordinate and ensure operational efficiency in assigned business location.

  • Ensure profitability of business location assigned.

  • Build and maintain valuable/healthy customer relationships.

  • Conduct market research to gather information and identify business opportunities.

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients.

  • Build strong relationships with clients, industry professionals, competitors and vendors.


Qualifications and Skills Requirements



  • A Degree in Marketing or any Business related field

  • Minimum of 6 years proven leadership experience driving business development initiatives for businness growth.

  • Experience working with payment gateways is an advantage.

  • Proven experience and skills in the preparation of proposals, bids and tenders.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail orientation.

  • Good business acumen.

  • Ability to build business relationships.

  • Ability to build and lead teams.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.

  • Problem-solving aptitude.

  • Must be a team player and self driven.
