Job Description

• Develops and presents plans with clear goals, targets, and measures of performance for new business annually, and over a 1-2year cycle.


• Develops strategies and identifies opportunities for expanding and diversifying the center’s various programs and funding base.


• Leads proposal capture strategy and structuring, including outlining go/no-go decisions.


• Helps to identify, recruit, structure, and manage partnerships and consultants for proposal development, submission, and implementation.


• Develops the organizations' strategy in response to RFPs and RFAs.


• Maintains a pipeline of upcoming bids.


• Manages the transition process and team from proposal capture and preparation to proposal writing.


• Develops and continuously improves key proposal templates and processes.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification.


• 1 year work experience.
