Job Summary:



  • The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing Choicestone Capital Limited's sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in industries.

Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy and Planning:



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Choicestone Capital Limited's business objectives and growth targets in the FINTECH sector.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive activities in these industries.

  • Set ambitious sales targets, create sales plans, and monitor progress towards achieving them.

  • Identify new market opportunities, assess client needs, and develop strategies to expand our client base.


Team Management:



  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability in the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors.

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped to achieve individual and team targets.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set development plans, and identify training opportunities for team members.

  • Foster a collaborative and motivated sales culture that promotes teamwork and a client-centric approach.


Business Development:



  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and cross-selling initiatives within these industries.

  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements and long-term partnerships.

  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify areas for business growth and improvement.


Sales Operations and Performance:



  • Develop and implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to streamline operations and maximize efficiency in the fintech

  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present insights to senior management.

  • Track and evaluate sales performance against targets, implementing corrective measures as necessary.

  • Foster a data-driven approach to sales, leveraging insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize sales strategies in these industries.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:



  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Service, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives in the fintech sector.

  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to contribute to project development and enhancement.

  • Foster strong communication and collaboration across teams, ensuring a unified approach to delivering exceptional client experiences in these industries.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience in the FINTECH sector

  • In-depth knowledge of the construction, real estate, and hospitality sectors, including products, services, and industry regulations.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies, driving revenue growth and client acquisition in these sectors.
