Magna Expert is currently seeking a customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls to the relevant individuals.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
- Assist with administrative tasks where needed and cooperate with other departments and personnel to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- NECO, WAEC or SSCE Leaving certificate.
- Must reside around Ikeja, Ojodu, or Axis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Professional appearance and a customer service-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
