Description 



  • As a Digital Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.

  • You will work closely with the marketing team and report directly to the Marketing Manager.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Ads:



  • Create, manage, and optimize social media advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.


Budgeting and Reporting:



  • Develop digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor and analyze campaign data to generate comprehensive reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.


Metal Business Suites:



  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for our metal business suites. Identify target audience segments, craft compelling messaging, and leverage digital channels to increase conversions and achieve sales targets.


Google Ads:



  • Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video advertising. Conduct keyword research, create engaging ad copy, optimize landing pages, and monitor campaign performance to drive relevant traffic and increase conversions.


SEO (Search Engine Optimization):



  • Work closely with the SEO team to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies, conduct keyword analysis, and optimize website content to drive targeted traffic and enhance online presence.


Display Ads:



  • Develop and execute display advertising campaigns to reach a wider audience and increase brand exposure. Create visually appealing and compelling ad creatives, target specific demographics, and monitor performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.


Conversion and Click-Through Rate (CTR) Analysis:



  • Monitor and analyze conversion rates and CTR across digital marketing channels. Identify trends, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and increase customer engagement.


App Downloads:



  • Develop and execute strategies to increase app downloads and user engagement. Utilize various digital channels, including social media, paid advertising, and app store optimization (ASO), to drive app installations and enhance user acquisition and retention.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, and display advertising.

  • Proven work experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO, and display advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.

  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, click-through rates, and other key digital marketing metrics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and industry standards.


Salary

N200,000 - N210,000 monthly.
