Description

• Coordinate all activities with COMPANY Logistics within the Hotel


• Management of the interface with the Hotels Administration


• Management of other Logistics like transport, meetings and other reservations within the Hotel


• Management of COMPANY’s staff, guests and visitors needs at the Hotel


• Allocation of rooms; effective management of Extra rooms.


• Allocation of rooms especially to Management staff and other VIP’s when they visit.


• Ensure that the appropriate Status/terms of contract are respected in accommodation allocation


• Manage unplanned and health emergencies at all times


• Control and Verification of the bills and the management of extra charges including daily reconciliation with the hotel.


• Provide information about the hotel facilities (Restaurant. Tennis, Swimming pool etc) to staff and management.


• Ensure the Quality control of the rooms (cleanliness, comfort. TV. internet access etc) through participation in quarterly audit


• Effective management of blocked and extra rooms when needed


• Follow up on arrivals, departures, additional requests and extra expenses etc


• Maximize the usage of the block booked rooms


• Keep a good and daily record of all staff in the Hotel and daily send P. O B to Logistics Manager/Security department


• Cancellation of passengers no-shows to avoid wastage and other additional expenses


• Manage arbitration or in house conflicts between COMPANY’s guests or occupants.


• Demonstrate personal commitment to HSE policy by taking part in the garden fire drill


• Maintain awareness of and ensure compliance with all relevant Statutory and COMPANY HSE standards in performing the Service.


• Carry out any other duties/projects that may be assigned by COMPANY

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in related discipline


• Minimum of 5 years experience in hospitality services

• Degree title: B.Sc or HND in related discipline


• Experience: Minimum Experience 5 Year


• Other experience: A minimum of 5 years of working experience in hospitality services
