Education and Work Experience
An experienced teacher registered with Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) with a minimum of B.ED., and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as Head teacher/Head of school in a reputable school. Other additional qualifications and experience will be an advantage. Candidate should possess the following:
Competence in Strategic Direction and Development Of Schools
– Ability to design and implement a quality and profitable 21st century school program.
Skilled in Implementing Modern Teaching and Learning Methods
– Must be conversant with the implementation of Nigerian, British and other internal school curricula. Good ICT skills.
Leading and Managing Staff
– Ability to inspire and manage a progressive TEAM with high team spirit, growth mindset, and commitment to the school’s vision, mission and aspirations.
Efficient and Effective Deployment of Staff and Resources
– Skillful in use and disbursement of available limited resource, both human and material to achieve school goals.
Accountability
– Candidate must have a tract record of been dependable and an ability to instill accountability for school growth in the team
Safeguarding Children & Safer Recruitment
– Competence in administering active supervision, good classroom management and control, and excellent school safety and security of schools.
