Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate and oversee the export logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to international markets.

  • Assist the business women to negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transportation and customs clearance.

  • Monitor shipment schedules, track shipments, and proactively address any logistical issues or delays.

  • Advise women entrepreneurs on compliance with import/export regulations and documentation needed for cross-border trade.

  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and certifications for export activities.

  • Collaborate with women entrepreneurs to gather the required documentation and provide guidance on completing necessary paperwork.

  • Prepare and review export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, and customs declarations.

  • Liaise with external partners, such as shipping lines, customs authorities, and inspection agencies, to facilitate export processes.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

  • Proven work experience as a Logistic Export Specialist or in a similar role.

  • In-depth knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation.

  • Familiarity with logistics operations, including shipping, freight forwarding, and customs clearance.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in relevant software applications, such as MS Office and logistics management systems.

  • Knowledge of specific export regulations and trade practices in [Region/Country] is a plus.
