Summary



  • Our client is looking for an experienced and ambitious Business Development Specialist who will take responsibility for identifying opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.

  • He will also analyze business processes and finances, implement business plans, and establish effective networks. He MUST also have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Real Estate Company.


Responsibilities



  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing strategies.

  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

  • Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.

  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

  • Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

  • Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.

  • Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.

  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

  • Attend various educational programs and conferences

  • Communicate with clients

  • Build strong relationships with clients

  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel


Qualification



  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

  • 2 years of experience as a Business Development Specialist or a similar role

  • Have research experience

  • Have excellent financial skills

  • Exceptional data analytical and conceptual thinking skills.

  • Extensive expertise using Excel

  • Experience in leading a business development team

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent leadership skills

  • Critical thinker and problem solver

  • Great presentation skills

  • Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software

  • Preferably male.
