RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a member of the Nigeria Mission Senior Management Team (SMT) the Deputy Director of Operations will lead on the strategic direction and coordination of the humanitarian response to the crises in his area of operations Nigeria and will be accountable for ensuring that the response is effective and efficient.


• The Deputy Country Director Operations supports the Country Director in the implementation of ACF programs in the Nigeria.


• He/she is responsible for ensuring the implementation of ACF programs by the field through the supervision of the Field/area Coordinators and Program Coordinators.


• The post holder is also responsible for actively participating in the operational management of the mission, in close collaboration with the Country Director and the SMT.

REQUESTED PROFILE

• You hold a MBA in Operations or Project Management, Social sciences or International Development


• You have at least 5 years of experience managing humanitarian and development programs
