Job Description
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
- Meeting or exceeding weekly, monthly, and yearly sale/referral quotas/targets.
- Building relationship with customers, partners and Agents to increase brand recognition and drive savings.
- Canvassing assigned territories to present company products/services to potential customers.
- Assisting management in identifying viable marketing strategies.
- Demonstrating product/service features to customers.
- Contacting leads and setting up appointments to present products/services.
- Completing daily data forms and submitting them for processing.
- Completing regular reports specifying the number of referred patient made every week.
- Assist to sell various health insurance products for organization and ensure optimal level of customer services through various sales calls on telephone.
- Administer and ensure compliance to all sale/service objectives.
- Monitor all customer queries and ensure timely response to all issues.
- Coordinate with customers and provide various company plans and services and detail quote for all required information.
- Maintain and update knowledge on all company products and services.
- Maintain knowledge on all competitor products and services and analyze all advantages and disadvantages for various products/services.
- Ensure optimal utilization of all sales/referral tools and resources.
- Document and maintain all records of activities and provide updates as per requirement.
- Participate in all departmental meetings and provide training for same
- Analyze marketing matrix and providing regular reports to management on the effectiveness of marketing initiative
- And any other task that may be assigned to you.

- Able to independently organize work, prioritize tasks and manage time.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to coach and support others.
- Self-motivated, honest, highly responsible, and punctual.
- Demonstrated Leadership Competencies.
- Computer literate with significant knowledge/experience in excel.
- Fluency in local context language is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
