Job Description



  • The goal of this position is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with new clients.

  • You will develop business development strategies, conduct market analysis, and, finally, drive our approach as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our market share.

  • You will be responsible for the direction of the company.

  • You must be versed with Social Media and how to engage and market to potential customers.


Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will be:



  • Planning and overseeing new business development initiatives;

  • Researching organisations and individuals to find new partnership opportunities;

  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met;

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs;

  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the platform and products so as to provide knowledgeable support to new and existing customers

  • Maintain an expert level of understanding of the fintech landscape.


Requirements



  • Minimum of B.Sc in any discipline chemistry or biochemistry and Msc or certificate in quality control will be added advantage

  • Proven minimum of (5) Five years in the financial sector, especially fintech company.
