  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, preferences, and competitor offerings in the QSR industry.

  • Analyze market data, consumer surveys, and industry reports to gather insights and identify opportunities for new menu development and product improvements.

  • Monitor and track industry trends, technological advancements, and emerging concepts relevant to the QSR industry.

  • Provide regular reports and presentations on market research findings to inform decision-making processes and menu planning.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and messaging strategies.

  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

  • Provide research and analysis to support the development of menus for new outlets, considering local market preferences and demographics.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient and effective implementation of new menu items across outlets.

  • Conduct post-launch evaluations of new menu items to assess their performance and make recommendations for adjustments.

  • Research and identify new locations for business expansion 


Qualifications



  • A minimum of second-class upper in bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/related field

  • Between 1-3 years of experience in the advertised role

  • Work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.

  • Sound inquisitive and analytical mind. 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A good team player.

  • Willingness to learn.

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Report preparation.
