Asset development Planning: Work with internal and external team, including exploration, strategy and commercial to prepare and implement best-in-class 5- year high level and yearly granular field development plans and procedures. This plan is expected to drive the budgeting, planning, and processes for the Asset.
Performance Management, Control & Reporting: Actively monitor and manage asset’s operational, technical, financial, performance.
Field Operations Management: Operate and maintain all field infrastructure and equipment. Apply best practices to maximize the lifespan, reliability, availability and maintainability of all infrastructure and equipment.
Business Relationships: Serve as the focal point for all issues related to the Asset. Co-ordinate the interface between all internal service providers, for all projects on the Asset. Build deep relationships with Joint Venture, and other partners, as well as regulatory and government agencies.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry (at least 5 of which must have been in upstream Asset Management).
Experience in high level project planning and effective granular implementation.
Deep understanding of technical and operational issues in upstream assets.
Understanding of production and business planning, budgeting, financial controls, and performance management processes.
Strong planning, management, and coordination skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
