Responsibilities:



  • Conduct research to identify potential businesses and industries that align with our target market and advertising offerings.

  • Negotiate advertising contracts and pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and our platform.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor advertising packages and proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the management team.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and promote our advertising services.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the financial and news sectors to identify new marketing opportunities.

  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging marketing collateral, including banners, landing pages, and email templates.


Requirements:



  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the advertising or digital marketing industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with potential clients and deliver persuasive presentations.

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successfully securing advertising partnerships and meeting sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively generate leads and opportunities.

  • Good knowledge of advertising and marketing concepts, with the ability to understand client needs and provide effective advertising solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.

  • A positive and professional attitude, with the ability to represent the company's values and brand effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
