JOB SUMMARY
- Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company, is looking for a qualified Technical Recruitment specialist to join our Human Resource team who will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates for the talent pipeline in the organization.
- You will be responsible for tasks such as CV screening, job posting, and the entire hiring process for the talent pipeline.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources is a must.
- 2-4 years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates using a variety of methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Technical Recruitment is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates
- Proactively source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a variety of tools and resources.
- Facilitate and conduct rounds of interviews for the technical team.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, and desired qualifications.
- Write and post engaging job descriptions that accurately reflect the position’s responsibilities and requirements.
- Guide candidates through the application process and track their progress in our database
- Assist with the onboarding process
