Tasks

• During the 2-year program you will be trained on the below mentioned tasks:


• Install, inspect, start-up, troubleshoot and repair equipment.


• Perform routine maintenance of the hardware and software.


• Ensure the quality of the activities is carried out as per Company standards.


• Coordinate with internal and external customer technicians during startups or maintenance jobs.


• Promotes products, services and other activities to the customers.


• Ensure the required transparency and efficient customer service and support.


• Ensures that client data in CRM is up to date.


• Compliance with processes, procedures, and tools.


• Storage and labelling for equipments and supplies.


• Ensuring smooth workflow by following production planning.


• Maintain the safety standards within the workspace.


• Carry out basic machine maintenance.


• Any other related tasks assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Automation Engineering.


• 0 - 2 years of experience in the similar industry.


• Good communication skills in English and Hausa.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge in food safety.


• Ability to work in a matrix organization and in international engineering teams.


• Ability to collaborate with other team members in providing support to the customer.


• Willingness to travel.
