Job Description

• We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Property Manager/Renovation Officer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing residential or commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.


• Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or repair needs and address them promptly.


• Coordinate property maintenance activities.


• Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and promptly.


• Collaborate with senior staff and contractors to develop renovation plans and project timelines.


• Conduct research on materials, equipment, and vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.


• Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and tracking orders.


• Monitor renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.


• Maintain accurate records of property-related information, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.


• Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks related to property management and renovation projects.


• Prepare and distribute correspondence, notices, and other relevant documents to tenants and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND in a relevant field (e.g., Real Estate, Property Management, Construction Management, Building Tech, etc.).


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.


• Practical written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of property maintenance and renovation processes.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
