Job Description:

• As a Growth Analyst, you will drive business growth and optimise performance across various company areas.


• You will be responsible for analysing data and identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics or business intelligence are desirable.


• Proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, focusing on driving business growth through data analysis and strategy implementation.


• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualisation platforms.


• Knowledge of growth hacking methodologies, A/B testing, and experimentation frameworks.


• Understanding of marketing, sales, and product development principles and strategies.


• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Mindfulness and ability to draw actionable insights from data.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to stakeholders.


• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.


• Strong project management and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
