JOB DESCRIPTION



  • Ensure the establishment and cordial relationship between the company and the customers in achieving the company’s aims and objectives.

  • Create conducive environment for the maintenance of the existing customers as well as the development of new territories.

  • Must ensure that the feedback principle of communication as regards to competitor’s activities are adhered to for the proper development of the business of the company.

  • To comb and develop new territories with the singular aim of adding new customers to the existing company’s customers.

  • Explore new strategies for sales sensitization, growth, achievement of set sales target and the overall development of territories under a given scope.

  • Ensure a constant achievement of a given target.

  • Responsible for territorial sales development to discover and include viable and potential customers to the existing customers of the company, at least 150 viable customers per month.

  • Should plan, strategize and expand the territorial sales scope for the overall development of the company.

  • Ensure robust liaison with the distributors with the aim of working on them to buffer their present remittance performances for the achievement of company’s set targets.

  • Primary responsibility is to ensure the overall achievement of the company’s set targets for the entire field force sales team perioding monthly, quarterly, biannually, and annually.

  • Ensure coordination and harmonization of the marketing and sales team effort for the set targets achievement objectives.

  • To monitor and analyse the new marking trends with a view of galvanizing the findings for the development of the business for the company.

  • Ensure that all sales staff/distributors and customer’s push up to monthly sales volume/target.

  • Coordinate, control and manage staff of the sales department.
