Job Brief



  • This job role entails having a self-motivated and talented communications manager to lead our communications department.

  • In this position, you will oversee producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.

  • Your duties will include creating informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share our company’s brand, products, and services.


Job Responsibilities



  • Engage in brand development initiatives that aligns with the business objectives, communication needs and develop promotional ideas that would increase social media traffic.

  • Conduct research, complete or coordinate needs-assessments in the business development field and as well overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Reach out to influencers, media and beyond in order to arrange story placement on a national and global level.

  • Content creation for newsletters, blog posts, articles, social media channel and digital marketing activities. Creating informative and interesting press releases, press kits, newsletters, and related marketing materials.

  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction. Determine strategic communications campaigns that will help further organizational goals.

  • Increase our subscriber base by providing them regular, helpful content that’s in tune with their needs. Creating shareable content appropriate for specific networks to both spread our brand and our content, and links.

  • Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.

  • Work alongside other marketers and communication team to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience. Writing and producing various projects including marketing copies -to expand our clients, awareness, subscribers, and leads.

  • Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

  • Examine the possibilities offered by agencies, technologies and media in the digital landscape in order to ensure more effective communication.

  • Conduct instore activation and campaign shoots.

  • Create resources each month to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include e-books, whitepapers, infographics, guides, etc.).

  • Actively and frequently propose new and improved link bait and outreach ideas including liaising with relevant bloggers for outreach.

  • Engage in the recruitment process for hiring team members.

  • Developing goals for the communications team, business growth and ensuring they are met.

  • Create internal communications protocols and initiatives that will foster employee morale.
