Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and processing legal documents such as contracts, wills, trusts, and agreements


• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients and staff on legal issues, liabilities, and courses of actions


• Performing legal research and analysis using various sources and methods


• Identifying and minimizing legal risks and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations


• Directing and supervising staff members on legal matters


• Assist in developing policies and procedures to minimize legal risk.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, BL / LLB / JD with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
