Job Description
Job Purpose:
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute sales initiatives for each project.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Set personal sales targets in alignment with global sales objectives as established by the line manager.
- Generate sales reports and present them to the Sales and Marketing Director.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations by collaborating with legal and finance departments.
- Coordinate with sales operations and external agents to expedite customer payments as per contractual agreements.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management regarding sales targets, customer inquiries, and feedback.
- Ensure timely and efficient collection of sales proceeds.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on the domestic market.
- In-depth understanding of the real estate market and the needs of domestic customers.
- Familiarity with the country's real estate brokerage market.
- Proficient knowledge of the company's business and sales strategies, as well as the real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both the regional language of the focus country and English.
