Job Purpose:



  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to execute sales initiatives for each project.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:



  • Set personal sales targets in alignment with global sales objectives as established by the line manager.

  • Generate sales reports and present them to the Sales and Marketing Director.

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations by collaborating with legal and finance departments.

  • Coordinate with sales operations and external agents to expedite customer payments as per contractual agreements.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management regarding sales targets, customer inquiries, and feedback.

  • Ensure timely and efficient collection of sales proceeds.


Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong emphasis on the domestic market.

  • In-depth understanding of the real estate market and the needs of domestic customers.

  • Familiarity with the country's real estate brokerage market.

  • Proficient knowledge of the company's business and sales strategies, as well as the real estate industry.

  • Excellent communication skills in both the regional language of the focus country and English.
